Prayer should be as natural as breathing.

I believe a lot of Christians struggle to pray because they have over spiritualized it. Prayer doesn't always have to be extravagant and filled with fancy words. Praying to God is simply having a conversation with Him. He desires to have a good relationship with us. Like every other relationship, communication should be one of the foundations of our relationship with God. On this page of this blog, I'll be sharing some of my personal prayers to God with you. Prayer at the beginning of the semester.

Dear God,

I commit this semester into your glorious hands. You’ve seen it all already.

You’ve seen my highs and lows. You’ve seen my happy days and sad days.

You’ve seen each tear and each laugh. You’ve seen my trials and tribulations.

For the days I’d feel overwhelmed, remind me that You are always with me.

For the days that I convince myself that I can’t move on, let Your light guide me and overshadow me.

On my happy days, may I never forget about You.

Please keep me far from sin. Please grant me the strength to put in the work for excellent grades.

Let your excellence shine through my grades. Let your uncommon favor be upon me.

Daddy, please help me to be discerning in the friends I pick and the people I associate with.

Financially, let me be stable. Mentally, let me be stable. Spiritually, let me grow.
